Scotch ATG Adhesive Transfer Tape Acid Free 908 is ideal for matting and framing pictures, artwork, documents and in other applications where discoloring may occur over time by using other adhesives and tapes. It has a pH balance between 7.0 and 8.5 so it won't discolor and damage papers, photographs and other acid-sensitive materials. Archival 908 tape offers a good balance of high initial adhesion and shear holding power combined with good chemical and UV resistance. The formulation of our acid free 3M Adhesive 320AF provides a consistently strong bond across a range of temperatures, up to 180F/82C. It is photo safe in accordance with both black and white color photography activity tests (per ANSI IT9.16.)
